Thank you for all your efforts to obtain a satisfactory settlement of our claim against State Farm Insurance Co. for our rental house which was destroyed by fire and water damage due to a lightning strike on July 15. 2019. We were in an impossible situation trying to deal with William Albertson, the adjuster for State Farm. After five months with no results, we engaged your company to handle this claim for us. Due to your expertise and efforts, a settlement with State Farm Insurance Co. exceeding the policy limits was obtained within two months after we engaged you to handle this claim for us. This letter is in regards to James Maynard of James Public Adjusting Corp.". On June 29th thru July 1st of 2012 Some areas of Virginia received very strong winds and severe thunderstorms, 15 people lost their lives on the east coast. This storm was later named a Derecho. Our home was severely damaged. We had insurance and knew the coverage for repairs or replacement was there, but after many weeks of trying and working with our Insurance adjuster they would only offer a small amount for damages. We contacted our local County Building Inspector" who declared our home a total loss, He then intraluced us to James Maynard. Mr. Maynard came to our home and listened to our ordeal with the insurance. He took our case over and worked with us and our Insurance Comp, so that we could receive the settlement from our insurance and even have our home replaced. Mr. Maynard was there to answer all our questions, to keep us informed and always return our calls. He stayed or until the end and is still there for us today. Mr. James Maynard has our highest regards and respect, we recommend him and his services to anyone who has given uphope of finding Someone who still cares about Standing by his word. In October of 2005 our church facilities, along with much of Southwest Florida, suffered extensive damage due to Hurricane Wilma. The hurricane damage for our facilities was estimated at several hundred thousand dollars. In the weeks and months that followed Hurricane Wilma we made several attempts to try to work with our Insurance carrier to complete a claim and begin rebuilding. However, despite our attempts, our insurance carrier was unwilling to move forward and process our claim in a timely manner. In 2006, our ministry hired James Maynard to represent us in our insurance claim, James went to work Immediately, filing the necessary paperwork and negotiating with our insurance carrier. His work was both effective and timely as we were able to complete the claim and receive the monies due to us for the purpose of rebuilding. We are very pleased with the work and professionalism of Mr. Maynard and would recommend his services for anyone facing similar issues.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your assistance and your continued assistance with my fire loss that occurred on November 15, 2012.
